The Great Zimbabwe Hotel has one conference room with a maximum capacity of 100 people. This conference room is conveniently located close to the restaurant, with a private entrance to the dining room. The room is large and spacious with ample space for tea and coffee breaks.

Standard equipment is available including flip charts and overheads projectors. Banqueting staff are well trained and are available to assist with all the finer details of organising a flawless function.

An additional conference room is currently in the final stages of construction, this conference room will have a larger capacity of up to 250 people.
